These Terms of Service govern your use of the P3 Cleaning Co website and the cleaning services we provide. By contacting us, submitting a quote request, or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

P3 Cleaning Co provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Nolensville, Nashville, and surrounding areas in Tennessee. Services include recurring cleaning, one-time deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, window cleaning, and specialty cleaning.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at our discretion.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described (e.g., home is larger than stated, requires extra attention, or has conditions not disclosed at booking).

We will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding with the service whenever possible.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a trip fee may apply.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or team availability, and will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property to be cleaned. You are responsible for securing valuables, pets, and any items that require special care before our team arrives.

P3 Cleaning Co is not responsible for damage to improperly secured or fragile items not disclosed prior to the service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply to claims made after 24 hours, or to conditions that existed prior to our service.

6. Liability

P3 Cleaning Co carries liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our team, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces, fixtures, or appliances.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from conditions not disclosed at the time of booking (e.g., loose tiles, unsecured shelving, fragile items).
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Returned checks or failed payments may incur a processing fee.

Recurring service clients who miss two consecutive payments may have their scheduled services paused until the balance is resolved.

8. Use of Website

By using p3cleaningco.com, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website or its services
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately toward our staff.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of P3 Cleaning Co and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
